Identify and Prioritize Procedures

At this point, our MB2 team will identify and prioritize the procedures required to complete your restoration project. They will develop a timeline and they will outline the protocols necessary in order to get your property back to its pre-loss condition. Your team will work with you, ensuring that all procedures align with your goals.

Provide Estimates

Before your MB2 team begins any work, they will provide you with a detailed estimate of the costs associated with the job. Once again, MB2 will work with your insurance company to confirm that the estimate is indeed covered by your policy; thereby, making the process seamless.

Implement Procedures

Once we are all clear on the necessary procedures, and are clear on the estimate, your MB2 team will begin implementing the said procedures. At this point, you can rest assured knowing that your team has the experience and expertise necessary to handle every aspect of the restoration process.

Manage Overall Project

Throughout the restoration process, your MB2 team will manage the overall project in order to ensure that every detail is on track. Decades back, Brian worked alongside Chris Anderson’s father in his concrete/foundation business. It was there where he met Mike Brown and it was there where the two formed a strong and lasting friendship and working relationship. As part of the MB2 team, Brian spent time in Fort Myers after Hurricane Ian’s 170-mile hour winds devastated the lives of so many Floridians. When it comes to relaxing, Brian can be found playing golf, or simply taking in the stunning beauty of New Hampshire’s beaches and mountains.

Having worked for the Overhead Door Company for fifteen-years, Brad kept hearing over-and-over from his twin brother, Brian, that he should come work with Mike. In late 2022, Brad joined MB2 and notes that he’s never been professionally happier.
